ABOUT PHYLLIS POIRIER
Phyllis Poirier was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and has been dancing most of her life. She attended St. Pete College and was a member of the United States Air Force for eight years. In addition to teaching dance for nearly thirty years, Phyllis also worked for Barnett Bank for many years.
Phyllis began teaching couples two-step dances and then moved on to line dancing. Phyllis and Arline have taught together in the St. Pete area at various venues including the VFW, Elks Club, Allendale United Methodist Church and currently at the Pinellas Park Senior Center.

Phyllis brings a whole lot of joy to the lives of her students with her sparkling personality and her patient step-by-step instruction.
